Frequently asked questions
How long does it take to receive the final photos?
Currently my turnaround time is 2-3 weeks.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes I do. I only require the retainer to secure your session. As long as the full amount is paid off 24 hours before your date!
What if I need to cancel? Do I get my retainer back?
That is completely fine! Life happens! If you need to cancel, please let me know as soon as possible. The retainer is non-refundable, but we can reschedule your session and the retainer will be put towards that.
What time will our session be?
I love me some natural light. So for outdoor sessions, my favorite time is an hour before sunset. That light is INSANE! For in home sessions, I love to shoot during the late morning or early afternoon (when there is the most light in the house.)
How will I receive my images?
You will receive an email with a link, as well as a download pin, and can download high resolution straight to your phone and computer. Screenshots lose all those wonderful details!
Can I have the RAW images?
No. RAW files are not an accurate representation of my work so unfortunately they are not available to you.
